Course Details:  

The 4-Week Course offers 7 hours of instruction in a one-day class to help you prepare for natural birth.  Course maximum of 8 couples.

Class Materials:

All couples receive the Confident Childbirth Method^SM Meditations for Labor relaxation CD and Saturday Intensive Class manual.
